After 30 years running her namesake pub in McLean, Lori McKeever brought the bar home to the farm, where she now tends her garden and vineyards and shares EagleTree’s food and wine with every guest.
After 15 years in telecom, Jeff Judge spent 25 years as head cook and bartender at the pub. A graduate of L’Academie de Cuisine and recipient of its President’s Award, he now brings his passion to the farm, creating menus that elevate local cuisine.
Life on the farm is full of challenges and rewards, as we continually strive to bring out the best flavors from the exceptional ingredients grown by true artisans.
